If the item is damaged our policy lasts 7 days. If the returns of the goods will be longer than the 7 days, unfortunately we can't offer you refund or exchange.

If for any reason you would like to return the item, the item need to be unused, in the same condition that you received. Original tags must be in place in order to receive the return. Please see the return label on the back of your parcel packaging. Please provide proof of postage to ensure that we will receive it, return policy is also 7 days, after that day we will not be able to provide you with the refund or exchange.
